What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
Our factory specializes in custom orders. Typically, a sample order will take around 15-20 days. For batch orders, the lead time ranges from 25-30 days, contingent on order quantity and capacity. If needed, we can expedite the process to meet your requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept a variety of standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU, among others.
We generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% due upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accommodate irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping by sea freight to ensure safety.

Generally, our batteries are not designed for standalone use. However, we offer 12V small battery modules that can be used either in series or parallel configurations to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire ahead of time.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries incorporate a thermal management system overseen by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents usage if the temperature is either too high or too low. Please contact us for more information.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.

How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries have a cycle life of 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5-10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come equipped with free ring terminals, making it easy to connect them to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are neither marine-rated nor weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under our warranty.
