What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a dedicated factory specializing in made-to-order products. Typically, a sample order will take approximately 15 to 20 days. For batch orders, the lead time ranges from 25 to 30 days, contingent on the order quantity and capacity. If necessary, we can expedite the process to meet your urgent requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We gladly accommodate most standard trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
Our standard payment terms include a minimum of 30% advance payment to confirm your order, with the remaining 70% to be settled upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight for safety and compliance.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we provide a three-year warranty for all our battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please review the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' before finalizing your purchase.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are versatile, serving various applications such as electric vehicles (including trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, and tricycles), solar energy storage, electric equipment (like floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, and garbage tanks), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power supplies, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, and camper power packs.

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed for standalone use. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel configurations, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for specific requirements.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system, managed by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system ensures the battery's safety by preventing usage under extreme high or low temperatures. Please inquire for detailed specifications.

How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries have a lifespan of 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect the battery to last between 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come equipped with complimentary ring terminals, facilitating easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not rated for marine or outdoor use. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries, and such damage is not covered under our warranty.
