12V100Ah Lithium Battery for Trailer, Camper, Boat, and RV
Our 12V lithium-ion battery pack excels in three major applications:
1. **Power Supply for Trailers and Campers:** Designed with a large capacity, it reliably powers trailer homes, camper vans, motor homes, boats, and more, ensuring uninterrupted adventures.
2. **Replacement for Lead-Acid Batteries:** Perfectly substitutes traditional lead-acid batteries in various electric vehicles such as tricycles, low-speed cars/trucks, golf carts, sanitation trucks, sweepers, scrubbers, and arm gates, offering enhanced efficiency and longevity.
3. **Energy Storage for Renewable Sources:** Optimized for storing electric energy generated by solar panels and windmills, making it a sustainable choice for green energy enthusiasts.
What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a dedicated make-to-order factory. Typically, sample orders are processed within 15-20 days, while batch orders take about 25-30 days, depending on the order quantities and capacities. We can expedite the lead time if required.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept most standard trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
We require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order. The remaining 70% must be settled upon acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
As lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries by sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we generally offer a three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' before ordering.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are versatile and serve a variety of applications including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses and monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, and camper power packs.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customizations for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not intended for separate use, but we do offer 12V small battery modules that customers can use in either series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents the battery from operating if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes, we do.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can be cycled 2000 to 5000 times. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5-10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries, and such damage is not covered under the warranty.
