What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
As a make-to-order factory, we ensure precise timelines for your orders. For sample orders, the lead time is approximately 15-20 days. For batch orders, expect a lead time of 25-30 days, depending on order quantities and capacities. We also offer expedited lead times upon request.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate various regular trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
Our standard payment terms require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% due after acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight for safety and compliance.

Each battery is supplied with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not rated for marine or weather exposure. Prolonged exposure to sun or rain can cause irreparable damage, which is not covered under our warranty.
