12V100Ah Lithium Battery for Trailer, Camper, Boat, and RV
The 12V lithium-ion battery pack serves three major applications:
First Application: Designed with a large capacity, this battery supplies robust electric power for trailers, camper vans, motorhomes, boats, and more.
Second Application: Ideal for replacing traditional lead-acid batteries used in electric tricycles, low-speed electric cars/trucks, golf carts, sanitation trucks, sweepers, scrubbers, and armgates.
Third Application: Perfect for storing electric energy generated via solar panels or windmills, promoting sustainable energy solutions.
What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
As a make-to-order factory, we typically require about 15 - 20 days for sample orders. For batch orders, the lead time generally ranges from 25 - 30 days, depending on order quantities and capacities. If necessary, we can further expedite the lead time to meet your requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate a variety of standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
We usually require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order. The remaining 70% must be settled upon your acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping them via sea freight for safety and compliance.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Indeed, we offer a three-year warranty for all our battery packs. Buyers can also request a longer warranty period when placing orders. To fully understand the warranty coverage, please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' before placing your order.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are designed for a myriad of applications, including electric vehicles (trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), portable power supplies, power supplies for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, and camper power packs.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we are committed to embracing and fulfilling custom requirements for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
While most of our batteries are not designed for individual use, we do offer small 12V battery modules that customers can connect in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for details.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system regulated by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system ensures the battery operates within safe temperature ranges. Please inquire further for specifications.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can endure between 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan ranging from 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All of our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals, simplifying the connection process to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not designed to be marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can cause damage not covered under warranty. Ensure they are stored in a sheltered environment.
