What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
At Jiangsu Surelithium New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., we take pride in our make-to-order approach. Typically, for sample orders, our lead time ranges from 15 to 20 days. For batch orders, you can expect a lead time of 25 to 30 days, contingent upon the specific quantities and capacities requested. Should you have an urgent need, we are more than willing to discuss options to expedite the process.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We are flexible with a variety of regular trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for our clients.
To initiate your order, we require a minimum of 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% balance is due upon your acceptance of the finished products, prior to delivery. Additionally, we accommodate irrevocable L/C at sight for your convenience.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given the classification of lithium-ion batteries as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend sea freight for the optimal safety and compliance in transporting your order.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Absolutely, we offer a standard three-year warranty on all our battery packs. For those seeking extended coverage, longer warranty periods are available upon request. We encourage you to review our 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' before placing your order.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our versatile Li-ion battery packs cater to a wide array of applications, including electric vehicles (such as 4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, and toy cars), solar energy storage, and various electric equipment (like floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, and arm gates). Additionally, they serve as portable power supplies for outdoor and construction equipment, streetlight power packs, and power packs for boats and campers.
As a manufacturer focused on customization, we warmly welcome bespoke Li-ion battery solutions tailored to your specific applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Generally, most of our batteries are not designed for separate use. However, we do offer small 12V battery modules that can be configured in series or parallel, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please consult us in advance for further guidance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Indeed, the majority of our batteries feature a sophisticated thermal management system, regulated by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system safeguards the battery against extreme temperatures. We recommend inquiring in advance for detailed specifications.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services to meet your specific requirements.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries boast impressive longevity, with a cycle life ranging from 2000 to 5000 cycles. Under daily usage with an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect your battery to last between 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
Each of our batteries comes equipped with complimentary ring terminals, facilitating straightforward connections to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not designed to be marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to elements like sun or rain can result in damage, which is not covered under our warranty policy.
