What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
At Jiangsu Surelithium New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., we specialize in made-to-order production. For sample orders, our typical lead time is 15-20 days. For batch orders, lead times are generally 25-30 days, depending on order quantities and capacities. We strive to accommodate urgent requests and can shorten the lead time if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept a variety of trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
Our standard payment terms require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% to be settled upon your acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight to ensure safety and compliance.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty on all battery packs. Customers seeking a longer warranty period should inquire about our "Terms and Conditions of the Warranty" before placing an order.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs cater to a variety of applications including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, portable power for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customization requests for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
While most of our batteries are not designed for standalone use, we do offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for further details.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system ensures the battery operates safely by preventing usage at extreme temperatures. Inquire in advance for specific details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can endure 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect your battery to last between 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can cause damage which is not covered under warranty.
