What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory that specializes in make-to-order products. Typically, sample orders take approximately 15-20 days, while batch orders have a lead time of about 25-30 days, depending on order quantities and capacities. If necessary, we can expedite the lead time to meet your requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept a variety of standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
For most transactions, we require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% due upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries by sea freight for safety and compliance.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we generally provide a three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' in advance.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs serve a diverse range of applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy storage, and various electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.). They also power outdoor portable equipment, construction machinery, streetlights, boats, and campers.
As a customization-focused Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customizations tailored to different applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are designed not to be used separately. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that customers can use in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery operation if the temperature is too high or too low. For further details, please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries offer a lifecycle of 2000 to 5000 cycles. If cycled daily at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), they can last 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals, allowing you to easily connect them to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and such damage is not covered under our warranty.
