What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory that specializes in make-to-order products. Typically, for sample orders, it will take approximately 15-20 days, while the lead time for bulk orders ranges from 25-30 days, depending on the quantity and capacity of the order. Additionally, if necessary, we can expedite the lead time to better suit your needs.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
Generally, we require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% to be settled upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight for safety and regulatory compliance.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we provide a standard three-year warranty for all our battery packs. However, buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing their orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' to get detailed information before making a purchase.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs cater to a diverse range of application fields, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, portable power for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome and embrace customizations to meet various application needs.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not intended for separate use. However, we offer 12V small battery modules that can be used in series or parallel configurations, especially for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for specific details.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system prevents the battery from operating under extreme temperatures, ensuring safe use. Please inquire further for detailed information.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes, we do offer both OEM and ODM services.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can be cycled between 2000 to 5000 times. If cycled daily with an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect the battery to last between 5-10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals that can be used to connect your battery to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not rated for marine use or weatherproof conditions. Exposing them to the sun or rain can cause damage that is not covered under the warranty.
