What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
As a make-to-order factory, Jiangsu Surelithium New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. prides itself on flexibility. For sample orders, expect a lead time of approximately 15-20 days. For batch orders, the lead time is around 25-30 days, depending on the order quantities and capacities. If necessary, we can further expedite the process to meet your needs.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We welcome a variety of regular trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
Our standard payment terms require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order. The remaining 70% should be settled after acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Due to the classification of lithium ion batteries as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight for safety and compliance.

Generally, most of our batteries are not intended to be used separately. However, we do offer small battery modules in 12V that can be used in series or parallel, making them perfect for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for detailed information.

Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents the battery from operating if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance for more details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM?

How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can endure 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5-10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
Each battery comes with free ring terminals, allowing for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries, and such damage is not covered under the warranty.
