12V400Ah Lithium Battery for Trailer, Camper, Boat, and RV
The 12V lithium-ion battery pack serves three major applications:
For the first application, the battery is typically of large capacity, ideal for supplying electric power in trailers, camper vans, motor homes, boats, and more. This high capacity ensures reliable and sustained power supply for extended journeys.
For the second application, the battery replaces conventional lead-acid batteries in various electric vehicles such as electric tricycles, low-speed cars/trucks, golf carts, sanitation trucks, sweepers, scrubbers, arm gates, and more. This substitution enhances performance, longevity, and efficiency.
For the third application, the battery is used for storing energy generated by solar panels or wind turbines, offering a sustainable and efficient solution for renewable energy storage.
What is the typical lead time after placing an order?
As a make-to-order factory, our lead time for sample orders is generally about 15-20 days. For batch orders, the lead time is approximately 25-30 days, depending on the specific order quantities and capacities. We can expedite the process if necessary.
What are your trade and payment terms?
We accept most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
We typically require a minimum 30% advance payment to process your order, with the remaining 70% settled after you approve the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries by sea freight.
Do you offer a warranty, and if so, for how long?
Yes, we provide a three-year warranty for all our battery packs. However, buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' before ordering.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs cater to a wide range of applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power supply, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customizations for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not intended for separate use. However, we offer 12V small battery modules that customers can use in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system prevents battery usage if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we do.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can be cycled 2000 to 5000 times. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5-10 years of battery life.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals, making it easy to connect them to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries. Such damage is not covered under our warranty.
