What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a dedicated factory focused on make-to-order production. Typically, for sample orders, the lead time is around 15 to 20 days. For batch orders, you can expect a lead time of about 25 to 30 days, though this may vary based on order quantities and capacities. Rest assured, we can expedite the lead time if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We are flexible with a variety of common trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
We generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order. The remaining 70% balance should be settled upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. Additionally, we welcome irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight for safety and compliance.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty for all our battery packs. Buyers can also request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Be sure to inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' before finalizing your purchase.

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed for separate use. However, we do offer small 12V battery modules that customers can use either in series or in parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for specific configurations.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system ensures optimal performance by preventing battery usage when temperatures are too high or too low. Please inquire in advance for detailed specifications.
Do you provide OEM or ODM?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries boast impressive longevity, capable of 2,000 to 5,000 cycles. If cycled daily at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), expect a lifespan of 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not designed to be marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and this type of damage is not covered under warranty.
