What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory specializing in made-to-order products. Typically, sample orders take about 15 - 20 days to complete, while batch orders require approximately 25 - 30 days. These timeframes depend on order quantities and capacities. We can shorten lead times further if needed.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
Generally, we require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order. The remaining 70% balance is due after you accept the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
As lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.

Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty for all our battery packs. Buyers may request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' prior to ordering.

Most of our batteries are not intended for separate use. However, we offer small battery modules in 12V, which can be used in series or parallel configurations to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.

Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system prevents battery usage if temperatures are too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.

How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can be cycled 2000 to 5000 times. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), expect 5 - 10 years of battery life.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and such damage is not covered under the warranty.
