What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory that specializes in make-to-order products. Typically, for sample orders, the lead time is approximately 15-20 days. For batch orders, the lead time ranges from 25-30 days, depending on the order quantities and capacities. We can expedite the lead time if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
We generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment to process your order, with the remaining 70% due after your acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
As lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide a warranty? If yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty on all battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' before placing orders.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are suited for various applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, portable power for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-focused Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customizations for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries should NOT be used separately. However, we offer small battery modules in 12V that customers can use in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents the battery from operating if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can be cycled between 2000 to 5000 times. With daily cycling at 80% DoD (Depth of Discharge), you can expect 5-10 years of battery life.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals that can be used to connect your battery to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No. Our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries, which is not covered under the warranty.
