What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We operate as a dedicated make-to-order factory. Generally, sample orders require approximately 15-20 days for production. For batch orders, the lead time extends to around 25-30 days, depending on order volume and capacity. If urgency is needed, we can expedite the lead time to meet your specific requirements.

What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept a wide array of standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
Typically, we require a minimum 30% advance payment to commence processing your order. The remaining 70% must be settled upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to shipment. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
