12V100Ah Lithium battery for Trailer, Camper, Boat, and RV
12V lithium ion battery pack is serving three major applications:
For the first application, it boasts a large capacity ideal for powering trailers, camper vans, motor homes, boats, and more.
For the second application, it seamlessly replaces traditional lead acid batteries across various electric vehicles, including electric tricycles, low-speed cars/trucks, golf carts, sanitation trucks, sweepers, scrubbers, and arm gates.
For the third application, it efficiently stores energy generated from solar panels or windmills.
What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory specializing in make-to-order production. Typically, for sample orders, the lead time is approximately 15-20 days. For batch orders, the lead time ranges from 25-30 days, depending on order quantities and capacities. We are committed to working with our clients to shorten lead times if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate a range of standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU, to meet diverse client needs.
We generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% due upon your acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight for safety and compliance.
Do you provide warranty? If yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty on all battery packs. Customers can request longer warranty periods before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' prior to order placement.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs cater to a wide array of applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, and camper power packs.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we pride ourselves on tailoring solutions for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are designed for specific configurations and should not be used separately. However, we provide 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for more details.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system prevents battery usage if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance for further information.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services to cater to specific client requirements.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries have a lifespan of 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5-10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals, allowing easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not designed to be marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sunlight or rain can damage them. Such damage is not covered under our warranty.
