What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
Our factory operates on a make-to-order basis. Typically, sample orders take approximately 15-20 days to fulfill, while batch orders have a lead time of about 25-30 days. These timelines can vary based on order quantities and capacities. We can expedite the lead time if required.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, among others.
We generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% due after acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend sea freight for all shipments.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty on all battery packs. Buyers may request an extended warranty period prior to placing orders. Please review the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' beforehand.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not intended for separate use. However, we do offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system prevents battery usage under extreme temperature conditions. Please inquire for details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can be cycled between 2000 to 5000 times. With an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD) cycled daily, the battery life expectancy ranges from 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals for easy connection to inverters, carts, or busbar systems.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, which is not covered under warranty.
