What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory that specializes in made-to-order production. Typically, for sample orders, it takes about 15 - 20 days. For batch orders, the lead time is approximately 25 - 30 days, depending on the quantity and capacity required. We can expedite orders if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept most standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
We generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment to process your order, with the remaining 70% due upon acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also welcome irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we generally offer a three-year warranty on all battery packs. Customers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the "Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty" before finalizing your purchase.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are designed for a diverse range of applications including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar energy storage, electrical equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customizations for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are designed for standalone use. However, we do offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel configurations, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire for more details.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents the battery from functioning if the temperature is too high or too low. Inquire for further details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can be cycled between 2,000 to 5,000 times. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All of our batteries include free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not rated for marine or weather exposure. Leaving them exposed to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under our warranty.
