Experience the Power of the 12V100Ah Lithium Battery for Trailers, Campers, Boats, and RVs
Our 12V lithium-ion battery pack is designed to excel in three primary applications:
1. High-Capacity Power Supply: Ideal for trailers, camper vans, motorhomes, and boats, our battery provides robust electric power for extended adventures and uninterrupted journeys.
2. Versatile Replacement: Replace traditional lead-acid batteries with our 12V lithium battery in various electric vehicles, including electric tricycles, low-speed cars/trucks, golf carts, sanitation trucks, sweepers, scrubbers, and arm gates, ensuring enhanced performance and reliability.
3. Efficient Energy Storage: Perfect for storing electricity generated from solar panels or windmills, our battery offers a sustainable and reliable solution.
What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
As a make-to-order factory, our standard lead time varies based on the order type. Sample orders typically require 15 - 20 days, while batch orders take around 25 - 30 days, depending on the order quantities and capacities. We can expedite the lead time if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept a wide range of trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
For order placement, a minimum of 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining 70% settled upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' before placing orders.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are versatile and serve various applications including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), outdoor portable power supplies, portable power for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, and camper power packs.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we specialize in tailoring products for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
While most of our batteries are not designed for separate use, we provide 12V small battery modules that can be connected in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries include a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system prevents battery usage in extreme temperatures. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can endure 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5 - 10 years of battery lifespan.
How do I install your batteries?
We provide free ring terminals with all our batteries for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposing them to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under the warranty.
