What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory that operates on a make-to-order basis. Typically, for sample orders, it takes approximately 15 - 20 days. For batch orders, the lead time ranges from 25 - 30 days, contingent on order quantities and capacities. Rest assured, we can expedite the lead time if required.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate most standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and many others.
Typically, we require a minimum 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% due upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are categorized as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we provide a three-year warranty for all battery packs we offer. However, customers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. Please be sure to inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' beforehand.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are versatile and cater to various applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power supplies, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, and camper power packs.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customizations for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Generally, most of our batteries are designed not to be used separately. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that can be configured in series or parallel, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for specific requirements.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system ensures the battery is not used if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire for more details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can endure 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5 - 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not designed to be marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and this type of damage is not covered under our warranty.
