What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a dedicated factory specializing in make-to-order products. Typically, sample orders take around 15-20 days to process, while batch orders require approximately 25-30 days, depending on order quantities and capacities. We can expedite lead times if necessary.

What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We welcome most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
We generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment to begin your order, with the remaining 70% due upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.

What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries by sea freight.

Do you provide a warranty, and if so, how long?
Yes, we generally offer a three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about our 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' before placing orders.

What are the application fields of your battery packs?

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed to be used separately. However, we offer 12V small battery modules that can be used in series or parallel configurations to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.

Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery usage if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.

Do you provide OEM or ODM?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services.

How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can be cycled between 2000 and 5000 times. With daily cycling and an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5 to 10 years of battery life.

How do I install your batteries?
All of our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.

Can I leave your batteries outside?
No. Our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries, and such damage is not covered under warranty.
