What is the standard lead time after placing an order?
As a made-to-order factory, we typically require 15-20 days for sample orders. For batch orders, the lead time ranges from 25-30 days, depending on the order size and capacity. We can expedite the process if needed.
What are your trade and payment terms?
We accept common trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
We require a minimum of 30% advance payment to commence your order. The remaining 70% should be settled upon your acceptance of the products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you offer a warranty, and if so, for how long?
Yes, we generally provide a three-year warranty on all battery packs. Buyers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. Please review the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' beforehand.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs serve a variety of applications including electric vehicles (trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar energy storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power supplies, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a custom-centric Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customization for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed for separate use. However, we offer 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries include a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery usage if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we do.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can achieve 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5-10 years of battery life.
How do I install your batteries?
Our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and such damage is not covered under the warranty.
