What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a dedicated factory that produces custom-made orders. Typically, for sample orders, the lead time is around 15-20 days. For batch orders, it generally takes about 25-30 days, which may vary based on the quantity and capacity. Rest assured, we can expedite the lead time if required.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We are flexible with various standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
Our payment terms usually require a minimum of 30% advance payment to process your order. The remaining 70% must be paid upon your acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Indeed, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system ensures the battery is not used if temperatures are too high or too low. Please inquire in advance for more details.

Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can endure 2000 to 5000 cycles. If cycled daily with an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5-10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries are supplied with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries, and such damage is not covered under warranty.
