As a make-to-order factory, we normally require 15-20 days to process a sample order. For larger batch orders, the lead time ranges from 25-30 days, contingent on order size and capacity. We strive to accommodate urgent requests by further shortening the lead time when necessary.

Generally, our batteries are not designed for separate use. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that can be configured either in series or parallel, perfect for replacing older lead-acid batteries. Inquiries in advance are encouraged.

Indeed, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system governed by the BMS (Battery Management System), ensuring safe operation by preventing use under extreme temperatures. Prior inquiries are recommended.
Do you offer OEM or ODM services?

Is it safe to leave your batteries outdoors?
No, our batteries are not designed for marine or outdoor use. Exposure to sunlight or rain can cause damage not covered by our warranty. For optimal performance, store them in a protected environment.
