What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a dedicated factory specializing in made-to-order products. Typically, sample orders take approximately 15-20 days, while batch orders generally require about 25-30 days, depending on the order quantities and capacities. We can expedite the lead time further if needed.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
We usually require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% settled after product acceptance and before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping by sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty for all our battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty before placing orders. Please review the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' beforehand.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?

Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery usage when temperatures are too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.

All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under the warranty.
