3. Renewable Energy Storage: Efficiently stores electric energy generated by solar panels or windmills, ensuring you have a steady power supply from sustainable sources.
What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory that specializes in made-to-order products. Typically, sample orders require approximately 15 - 20 days, while batch orders take around 25 - 30 days, depending on the quantity and capacity. If necessary, we can expedite the lead time.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate a range of standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
We generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% to be settled after your approval of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period prior to placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' before ordering.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs serve various applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, and toy cars), solar energy storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, power supplies for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome custom solutions for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed for separate use. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel to replace older lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents usage if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM?
Yes, we do.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can endure 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5 - 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are neither marine-rated nor weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under the warranty.
