What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory that operates on a make-to-order basis. Typically, a sample order takes about 15-20 days for processing, while batch orders usually require 25-30 days depending on order quantities and capacities. We can further expedite the lead time if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept most conventional trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, etc.
A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to initiate your order. The remaining 70% balance should be settled upon your acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Since lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries by sea freight.
Do you provide a warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' beforehand.

Most of our batteries are not designed for separate use. However, we provide small battery modules in 12V, which can be used in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery usage under extreme temperatures. Please inquire in advance.

Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can undergo 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily usage at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5-10 years from our batteries.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries, which is not covered under the warranty.
