What is the standard lead time once I place my order?
As a bespoke manufacturer, our lead times vary. For sample orders, expect a timeframe of approximately 15-20 days. Bulk orders typically require about 25-30 days, contingent on order size and capacity. We can expedite processing times if needed.
What are your trade and payment terms?
We accommodate standard trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU, among others.
For orders to be processed, a minimum of 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining 70% due upon approval and prior to dispatch. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit at sight.

Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system managed by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system ensures the battery operates safely within temperature limits. Please inquire for further details.

Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries offer between 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily usage at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), the batteries can last between 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
Each battery comes with complimentary ring terminals for easy connection to inverters, carts, or busbar systems.
Can I leave your batteries outdoors?
No. Our batteries are not designed for marine or weather exposure, and prolonged exposure to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under warranty.
