What is the regular lead time after I place my order?

What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept a comprehensive range of trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
To commence your order, we generally require a minimum 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% is due upon your approval of the finished products and prior to shipment. Additionally, we accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend sea freight shipping to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a robust three-year warranty on all battery packs. For those seeking extended coverage, we provide extended warranty options upon request. Please refer to our 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' for more information.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs serve a diverse range of applications: electric vehicles (including 4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (such as floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power solutions, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and many other uses.
As a specialist in customization, we welcome tailored Li-ion battery solutions for a variety of applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Although most of our batteries are not designed for stand-alone use, we provide small 12V battery modules that customers can connect in series or parallel, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please contact us for detailed information.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Absolutely, the majority of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system managed by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system safeguards against extreme temperature conditions, ensuring safe usage. For more details, feel free to inquire.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Indeed, we offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services to cater to your specific requirements.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries boast a lifecycle ranging from 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily usage at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), our batteries typically last between 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
Installation is hassle-free with our batteries, as each unit comes with complimentary ring terminals for easy connection to inverters, carts, or busbar systems.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
