What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We operate as a make-to-order factory to ensure customized precision. Typically, sample orders require approximately 15-20 days for production. For batch orders, the lead time is around 25-30 days, varying based on order quantity and production capacity. Moreover, to accommodate your urgent needs, we can expedite the lead time to meet your specific requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate a variety of standard trade terms including EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and more to suit your international business needs.
To begin processing your order, we generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% must be paid upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to shipment.
