What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
As a make-to-order manufacturer, we prioritize precision and quality. Sample orders typically take about 15-20 days to produce. For larger batch orders, the lead time is generally 25-30 days, depending on the quantity and production capacity. We also offer expedited services to meet urgent demands.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate a range of standard trade terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and others to suit international transactions.
We require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate order processing. The remaining 70% is payable upon acceptance of the completed products before shipment. Additionally, we accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
