What is the typical lead time after placing an order?
As a make-to-order factory, we typically require 15-20 days for sample orders. For batch orders, the lead time is around 25-30 days, varying with order quantities and capacities. We can expedite this process if needed.
What are your trade and payment terms?
We accommodate most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
We generally require a 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% due upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping by sea freight.
Do you offer a warranty? If yes, for how long?
Yes, we provide a three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. For more details, please refer to our "Terms and Conditions of the Warranty."

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries should not be used separately. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries feature a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries include a thermal management system controlled by the BMS. This system prevents battery usage when temperatures are too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you offer OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we do.
What is the lifespan of your batteries?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can be cycled 2000 to 5000 times. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5-10 years of use.
How should I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can your batteries be left outdoors?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, which is not covered under warranty.
