What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a bespoke manufacturing facility. Typically, for sample orders, our lead time is around 15 - 20 days. For bulk orders, the lead time ranges between 25 - 30 days, subject to order quantities and capacities. We can expedite the lead time if required.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
Our standard payment terms involve a minimum of 30% advance payment upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty on all battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period when placing orders. Please review the 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' prior to purchase.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries should not be used separately; however, we do offer small 12V battery modules that can be connected in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system prevents use if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM?
Yes, we do.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can endure 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5 - 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not rated for marine use or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries, and such damage is not covered under warranty.
