What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
As a dedicated manufacturer, we produce on a made-to-order basis. Typically, sample orders require approximately 15-20 days, while bulk orders take around 25-30 days, depending on the order quantities and capacities. We can certainly expedite the lead time if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We are flexible with most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
We generally require a minimum 30% advance payment to process your order, with the remaining 70% payable after you accept the finished products but before delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend sea freight for all battery shipments.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we generally offer a three-year warranty on all our battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' for detailed information.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs serve various applications including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power, streetlight power packs, boat and camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-focused Li-ion battery manufacturer, we embrace bespoke solutions for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed for independent use. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that can be configured in series or parallel, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system ensures the battery is not used when temperatures are too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Absolutely.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can endure 2000 to 5000 cycles. If cycled daily with an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5-10 years of reliable use.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under the warranty.
