What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a dedicated factory specializing in make-to-order production. Typically, for sample orders, the lead time is approximately 15 - 20 days. For batch orders, it ranges from 25 - 30 days, depending on the order quantities and capacities. We are also capable of expediting the lead time if required.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate most conventional trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
Typically, we require a minimum 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% due upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we generally offer a three-year warranty on all battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' beforehand.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs cater to a wide array of applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power supplies, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we embrace bespoke solutions for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not intended for separate use, but we offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery usage in extreme temperatures. Please inquire for detailed information.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries offer 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5 - 10 years of use.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to elements such as sun or rain can damage them, which is not covered under the warranty.
