What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We operate as a make-to-order factory. Typically, sample orders require approximately 15-20 days for production. For batch orders, the lead time is around 25-30 days, varying based on order quantity and capacity. If needed, we can expedite the lead time to meet your specific requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept a variety of standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
Generally, we require a minimum 30% advance payment to begin processing your order. The remaining 70% must be paid upon your acceptance of the finished products and before shipment. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. Therefore, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight to ensure safety and compliance.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers may request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about our 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' for more details.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs have a wide range of applications including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), outdoor portable power supplies, power supply for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customizations for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not intended for separate use. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that customers can connect in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents usage under extreme temperatures, either too high or too low. Please inquire for more details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries have a lifecycle of 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals, making it easy to connect your battery to inverters, carts, or busbar systems.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not rated for marine or weatherproof applications. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and such damage is not covered under our warranty.
