What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a dedicated factory specializing in custom orders. Typically, sample orders require approximately 15-20 days, while bulk orders necessitate around 25-30 days, depending on quantity and capacity variations. If needed, we can expedite the lead time to better suit your schedule.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We are flexible with standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
For order activation, we generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment, with the remaining 70% settled post-acceptance of finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty for all our battery packs. However, extended warranty periods are available upon request. Please inquire about our 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' before placing orders.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are versatile, catering to a multitude of applications including electric vehicles (4-wheel and 3-wheel trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customizations for diverse applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed for independent use, yet we offer small 12V battery modules that can be connected in series or parallel, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please contact us beforehand for specific requirements.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system ensures that the battery is not used if temperatures are too high or low. Please reach out for detailed information.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries offer 2000 to 5000 charge cycles. With daily usage at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5-10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
Our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals, facilitating easy connections to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No. Our batteries are neither marine rated nor weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under the warranty.
