What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory that specializes in made-to-order products. For sample orders, the lead time is typically 15-20 days. For batch orders, the lead time ranges from 25-30 days, depending on order quantity and capacity. If necessary, we can expedite the lead time.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
We typically require a minimum of 30% advance payment to process your order, with the remaining 70% due after you accept the finished products and before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
As lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping by sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we generally offer a three-year warranty for all our battery packs. Buyers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' before ordering.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are used in various applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, portable power for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat and camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customizations for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed to be used separately. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that customers can use in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System), which prevents use if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes, we do provide OEM and ODM services.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can be cycled 2000 to 5000 times. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5-10 years of battery life.
How do I install your batteries?
All of our batteries come with free ring terminals for connecting to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and such damage is not covered under the warranty.
