What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory that executes make-to-order manufacturing. Typically, for sample orders, the lead time is about 15-20 days. For bulk orders, the lead time is approximately 25-30 days, depending on order quantities and capacities. We can expedite the lead time if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We support most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
Typically, we require a minimum 30% advance payment to process your order. The remaining 70% must be settled after you accept the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Since lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries by sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we generally offer a three-year warranty on all battery packs. Buyers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' before placing orders.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs cater to various applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment portable power, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, and camper power packs.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we embrace custom solutions for diverse applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed for use in series. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery usage if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM?
Yes.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can be cycled between 2000 to 5000 times. With a daily cycle at 80% DoD (Depth of Discharge), you can expect a lifespan of 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals, making it easy to connect your battery to an inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and such damage is not covered under the warranty.
