What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a make-to-order factory. Typically, it takes about 15-20 days for sample orders. For bulk orders, the lead time ranges from 25-30 days, depending on the order quantities and capacities. If required, we can further expedite the lead time to meet your needs.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
We generally require a minimum 30% advance payment to confirm your order. The remaining 70% should be paid upon your acceptance of the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide a warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' prior to order placement.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed to be used separately. However, we provide small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries include a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system ensures the battery isn't used when the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?

How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can endure 2000 to 5000 cycles. If used daily with an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5-10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Prolonged exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and such damage is not covered under the warranty.
