What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a bespoke factory specializing in made-to-order products. Typically, a sample order takes about 15 - 20 days, while batch orders require 25 - 30 days. These timelines may vary based on order quantities and capacities. We can expedite lead times if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept a variety of standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU, among others.
We require a minimum of 30% advance payment to process your order. The remaining 70% must be settled after you accept the finished products and before delivery. We also welcome irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
As lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we generally provide a three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' before ordering.

Most of our batteries should NOT be used separately; however, we offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel configurations to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire beforehand.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature thermal management systems controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery usage if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.

How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries can be cycled between 2,000 to 5,000 times. With a daily 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5 - 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All of our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, which is not covered under the warranty.
