First Application: Engineered for high capacity, our batteries supply robust electric power for trailers, camper vans, motor homes, boats, and more.
Second Application: A superior alternative to conventional lead-acid batteries for a range of electric vehicles, including electric tricycles, low-speed cars/trucks, golf carts, sanitation trucks, sweepers, scrubbers, and armgates.
Third Application: Efficiently store electric energy generated from solar panels or windmills, ensuring sustainable power supply.
What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory specializing in make-to-order products. For sample orders, the lead time is typically 15-20 days, while batch orders require approximately 25-30 days. This timeframe may vary based on order quantities and capacities. If needed, we can expedite the lead time to meet your requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate most standard trade terms, including but not limited to EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
We generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order. The remaining 70% should be settled upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. Please review the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' prior to ordering.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are versatile and ideal for various applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.); solar energy storage; electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.); outdoor portable power supplies; construction equipment power; streetlight power packs; and boat and camper power packs.

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed for separate use. However, we offer small 12V battery modules that customers can use in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries are equipped with a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents battery usage when the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance for more details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can endure 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily usage at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5-10 years from our batteries.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals, enabling easy connection to inverters, carts, or busbar systems.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are neither marine-rated nor weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered by our warranty.
