What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a make-to-order factory. Typically, for sample orders, our lead time is approximately 15 - 20 days. For batch orders, expect a lead time of about 25 - 30 days, though this can vary based on order quantities and capacities. If needed, we can expedite the lead time further to meet your requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
Typically, we require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order. The remaining 70% must be settled after you approve the finished products and before delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
As lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight for safety and compliance.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we offer a standard three-year warranty for all our battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' beforehand.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are versatile, catering to various applications such as electric vehicles (four-wheeled and three-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, etc.), solar energy storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), outdoor portable power supplies, power supplies for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we embrace custom solutions tailored for different applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
While most of our batteries should not be used separately, we offer small battery modules in 12V. Customers can use them in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for specific details.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries include a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents the battery from operating under extreme temperatures. Please inquire in advance for more details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can be cycled 2000 to 5000 times. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5 - 10 years of dependable use from your battery.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals, making it simple to connect them to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposing them to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under the warranty.
