What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
Jiangsu Surelithium New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a distinguished factory dedicated to made-to-order production. For sample orders, our typical lead time is approximately 15-20 days. For batch orders, expect a lead time of about 25-30 days, subject to order quantity and capacity. If expedited processing is required, we can further shorten the lead time to meet your needs.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU, ensuring flexibility and convenience for our clients.
To initiate your order, we generally require a minimum of 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% balance is to be settled upon acceptance of the finished products, prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight for safety and compliance.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Indeed, we offer a standard three-year warranty for all battery packs. For those needing an extended warranty period, we welcome requests before order placement. Be sure to review our 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' to fully understand the coverage.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are versatile, serving various applications such as electric vehicles (including trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATV, UTV, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar energy storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power supplies, streetlight power packs, and power packs for boats and campers.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we specialize in tailoring solutions to meet diverse application needs.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are designed for specific use, not for separate use. However, we provide small 12V battery modules that customers can use in series or parallel to replace older lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for further details.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS), which prevents operation in extreme temperatures. For detailed information, please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes, we do offer both OEM and ODM services to cater to your bespoke requirements.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries are robust, offering 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a lifespan of 5 to 10 years from your battery.
How do I install your batteries?
We provide complimentary ring terminals with all our batteries, facilitating easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not designed to withstand outdoor elements. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and such damage is not covered under warranty.
