What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
At Jiangsu Surelithium New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., we operate as a make-to-order factory. Typically, our sample orders require approximately 15-20 days for production, while batch orders have a lead time of around 25-30 days, subject to order quantity and capacity. If needed, we can expedite the lead time to meet your specific requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We offer a variety of standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more.
Generally, we require a minimum 30% advance payment to begin processing your order. The remaining 70% must be paid upon your acceptance of the finished products and before shipment. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
