What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory specializing in custom orders. Typically, for sample orders, you can expect a lead time of approximately 15 to 20 days. For bulk orders, the lead time extends to about 25 to 30 days, depending on the order size and capacity. If needed, we can expedite the lead time to meet your requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept a variety of standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
For most orders, we require a minimum of 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% should be settled upon your acceptance of the completed products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable letters of credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Due to the classification of lithium-ion batteries as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we highly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we generally offer a three-year warranty on all our battery packs. Customers can request an extended warranty period prior to placing their orders. Please review the 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' before making a purchase.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are versatile and can be used in a wide range of applications: electric vehicles (including 4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar energy storage, various electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, construction equipment power, streetlight power packs, and power packs for boats and campers.

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not designed for individual use. However, we offer 12V small battery modules that customers can use in series or parallel configurations to replace their old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system ensures that the battery will not operate if the temperature is excessively high or low. Please inquire for more details.

How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LifePO4) batteries are designed for 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily usage at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect the battery to last between 5 to 10 years.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come equipped with free ring terminals, which can be used to connect the battery to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not weatherproof or marine-rated. Exposure to direct sunlight or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under our warranty.
