What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We operate as a make-to-order factory, ensuring each product meets our stringent standards. Typically, sample orders require approximately 15-20 days for precise production. For larger batch orders, the lead time ranges around 25-30 days, depending on order quantity and capacity. If necessary, we can expedite the lead time to cater to your specific requirements.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accommodate a variety of standard trade terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and more, providing flexibility in your transactions.
Generally, we require a minimum 30% advance payment to commence processing your order. The remaining 70% is due upon your acceptance of the finished products and prior to shipment. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for your convenience.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Given that lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend sea freight to ensure safety and compliance during transportation.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Absolutely, we offer a comprehensive three-year warranty for all battery packs. Buyers may request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please refer to our 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' for more detailed information.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
Our Li-ion battery packs are versatile and cater to a wide range of applications including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sight-seeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars, and more), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates, etc.), outdoor portable power supplies, power supply for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and beyond.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we proudly welcome customizations for a variety of applications, ensuring we meet your specific needs.
Can your batteries be used in series?
While most of our batteries are not designed for stand-alone use, we do offer compact 12V battery modules that can be connected in series or parallel to replace older lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance for specifics.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, the majority of our batteries come equipped with a thermal management system regulated by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system effectively prevents usage under extreme temperatures, be it excessively high or low. Please reach out for more details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we are pleased to offer both OEM and ODM services to cater to your unique requirements.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries boast an impressive lifecycle of 2000 to 5000 cycles. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect a robust lifespan of 5 to 10 years, ensuring long-term reliability.
How do I install your batteries?
Installation is straightforward with our batteries, as each unit comes with complimentary ring terminals, facilitating easy connections to inverters, carts, or busbar systems.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not designed for marine or weatherproof applications. Prolonged exposure to sun or rain can cause damage, which is not covered under our warranty. We recommend storing them in a protected environment to ensure longevity.
