What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a dedicated factory that specializes in made-to-order products. Typically, our lead time for sample orders ranges from 15 to 20 days. For batch orders, it generally takes about 25 to 30 days, depending on the specific order quantities and capacities. Rest assured, we can expedite the lead time if necessary.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We welcome a variety of standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDU.
We typically require a minimum of 30% advance payment to initiate your order. The remaining 70% must be settled after your acceptance of the finished products and prior to delivery. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
As lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping all batteries via sea freight.
Do you provide warranty, if yes, how long?
Yes, we generally offer a three-year warranty for all our battery packs. Buyers can request a longer warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions of the Warranty' before placing orders.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?
We supply Li-ion battery packs for a wide range of applications, including electric vehicles (4-wheeled and 3-wheeled trucks, sweepers, cars, forklifts, golf carts, sightseeing buses, monorails, ATVs, UTVs, tricycles, motorcycles, toy cars), solar energy power storage, electric equipment (floor scrubbers, lifting platforms, small excavators, tractors, pallet stackers, grass cutters, small cranes, garbage tanks, arm gates), outdoor portable power supplies, portable power supply for construction equipment, streetlight power packs, boat power packs, camper power packs, and more.
As a customization-oriented Li-ion battery manufacturer, we welcome customizations for various applications.
Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not intended for separate use. However, we do offer small battery modules in 12V that customers can use either in series or parallel to replace old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system prevents the battery from operating if the temperature is too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.
Do you provide OEM or ODM.
Yes.
How many years will your battery last?
Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can be cycled between 2000 to 5000 times. With daily cycling at an 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5 to 10 years of use from your battery.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals, allowing you to easily connect your battery to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries, and this type of damage is not covered under the warranty.
