The 12V lithium-ion battery pack serves three major applications:
First Application: Boasting a large capacity, this battery supplies electric power to trailers, camper vans, motor homes, boats, and more.
Second Application: These batteries are ideal for replacing traditional lead-acid batteries in various electric vehicles, including electric tricycles, low-speed cars/trucks, golf carts, sanitation trucks, sweepers, scrubbers, and armgates.
Third Application: Efficiently store electrical energy generated by solar panels or windmills.

What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory specializing in made-to-order products. Typically, sample orders require about 15-20 days, while batch orders take approximately 25-30 days, based on varying quantities and capacities. If necessary, we can further expedite the lead time for you.
What are your trade terms and payment terms?
We accept most standard trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and others.
Usually, we require a minimum 30% advance payment to initiate your order, with the remaining 70% due after acceptance of the finished products but before delivery. Additionally, we accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
What kind of shipping methods do you provide?
Since lithium-ion batteries are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods, we strongly recommend shipping them via sea freight.
Do you provide a warranty, and if so, for how long?
Yes, we generally offer a three-year warranty on all battery packs. Buyers can request an extended warranty period before placing orders. Please inquire about the 'Terms and Conditions Of the Warranty' before finalizing your order.
What are the application fields of your battery packs?

Can your batteries be used in series?
Most of our batteries are not for separate use, but we do offer small 12V battery modules that can be used in series or parallel, ideal for replacing old lead-acid batteries. Please inquire in advance.
Do your batteries have a thermal management system?
Yes, most of our batteries include a thermal management system controlled by the BMS (Battery Management System). This system prevents usage if the temperature is too high or low. Please inquire in advance for specific details.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we do.
How many years will your battery last?
Our Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries can be cycled between 2000 to 5000 times. With daily cycling at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD), you can expect 5 to 10 years of reliable use from our batteries.
How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with complimentary ring terminals, allowing easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage them, and such damage is not covered under our warranty.
