What is the regular lead time after I place my order?
We are a factory specializing in custom orders. Typically, sample orders require approximately 15-20 days, while batch orders take around 25-30 days, contingent on varying quantities and capacities. We can expedite lead times upon request.

Yes, most of our batteries feature a thermal management system controlled by the Battery Management System (BMS). This system prevents usage if temperatures are too high or too low. Please inquire in advance.

How do I install your batteries?
All our batteries come with free ring terminals for easy connection to your inverter, cart, or busbar system.
Can I leave your batteries outside?
No, our batteries are not marine-rated or weatherproof. Exposure to sun or rain can damage the batteries, and such damage is not covered under warranty.
